You are going to find a world of great content here, but first, I was wondering . . . 

  • Have you celebrated that magical 60th birthday yet?
  • Are you still trying to figure out how to permanently lose the excess body fat you have been carrying around in varying amounts for, say, most of your life?
  • Do you start new “get-healthy” programs with the best of intentions only to find yourself face-down in the dirt (or a bowl of ice cream) after 24 hours or so?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’re in the perfect place. This Texas girl has been where you are and finally escaped. It took a while, but it has been worth every second.

You and I are connected in ways others may find hard to understand. We are sisters who found each other despite the different paths we traveled to get here. 

As a community, we give and receive both strength and courage to exchange limiting pasts for new futures full of possibility and potential.

PRIORITIES AND BENEFITS

Mental health and physical wellness are in the number one position on our list of priorities. We are willing to invest in the resources needed to move us forward including time, money, energy, determination, and grit. No matter what, we never forget that we are now and have always been 100% worthy of living the lives we’ve always wanted.
